Absolutely atrocious. The item I ordered was listed as brand new and sealed, however, what I received was the complete opposite. Rips all over the front of the box set, scuff marks on the sides. The item also appears to have been resealed, most likely after the damaged occurred. I'm hardly surprised though, reading through other people's reviews of this seller. Communication with the seller was also appalling. Just copy and pasted automatic responses. AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS.

Awesome game,get your gloves on and get ready to start investigating
I bought this game because i have previously played the csi pc games and they were amazing. I had just bought a nintendo wii and were looking for games to test it out. I enjoyed this product thoroughly but my only issue had more to do with the console than with the game. I found it way easier to move the cursor around with mouse on my pc than with the wii remote. I have played other games such as mario kart on the wii and they offer an easier control and a better experience on the wii but if you like solving murders from a lab, the csi game is for you. It provides a very real replica of the series and makes you use your grey cells. If this is your kind of game or if you enjoy the series, I highly recommend it.I bought this game because i have previously played the csi pc games and they were amazing. Better than Professor Layton?
Awesome game, from the Golden Age of CSI (Pre Fishburne). :D The investigations are fun and you really find yourself very much engaged in a role where you almost believe its real. Aside from the poor graphics there are very few downsides to this great game. In summary, this game does well to keep up the exciting nature of the CSI legacy.

I BOUGHT THIS CSI GAME FOR MY DAUGHTER WHO IS AN NCIS NUT, GOOD GAME LAYOUT, GRAPHICS ARE A BIT IFFY BUT YOU CAN RECOGNISE CHARACTERS FROM THE TV SERIES. MY DAUGHTER HAS FOUND IT A BIT HARD TO PLAY THIS GAME AND IT CAN BE A BIT LONG WINDED, AND CAN GET A BIT BORING, BUT WE WILL STILL TRY TO COMPLETE THE GAME. I HAVE SINCE FOUND THE NCIS VERSION SO HAVE PURCHASED THIS GAME ALSO.
