The scarf was damaged it had a “V” cut out of it which wasn’t mentioned in the advertisement. I can’t believe that this wasn’t noticed when handling the product as I noticed straight away. That’s what I was advised when I questioned it. I did agree to have £5 for scarf refunded, which as of yet I’ve not received but will keep my eyes open for it. It was packaged well & I may order items if I see something else.
