We had send many many message to buyer to asking keep order going or cancel, from the first message buyer send us and we response and keep asking over 10 time, buyer never response to us , there is so annoying and not fair on us, as common sense order on the way if buyer need cancel we need time to intercept the order or if buyer ok on it we need keep the order going
BUYER NOT REPLY TO US AND LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK, we will not accept this kind of buyer anymore

Seller is just lying to push all blame from themselves. I have a chat history which shows them replying to the messages they claim not to be receiving. I have spoken to ebay today and reported the seller and they have advised me how to proceed with this case. I highly recommend avoiding this seller who became abusive and threatening when I requested a cancellation and refund.
