All of our TV’s are covered by a 12 month parts & labour return-to-base warranty. If your TV develops a fault within this warranty period please return it to us following the procedure below.
Clearance & Reduced-Price TV’s
Some of our clearance or reduced TV’s are covered by a 12 month parts & labour return-to-base warranty (please check individual listings for warranty information). If your TV develops a fault within this warranty period please return it to us following the procedure below.
Please note: warranty on clearance & reduced-price TV’s does not cover the fault as described at point of sale, or any further faults that may occur in relation to the fault described at point of sale.
What We Will Provide You

There is no need to fill out any paperwork or submit any forms, we simply keep a record of your purchase date as proof of your warranty period. When claiming the warranty, all you need to do is give us a call and provide the name and address used when making your order, and we’ll do the rest

Our Warranty Claims Procedure
1. Contact our customer service team on 0737 6667778 or send a message via the eBay messaging service to explain the problem you are experiencing
 
2. Our customer service team will first provide troubleshooting support, and will send a link from which you can upload a video of the fault directly from your mobile phone or device
 
Please note: it is important not to pack away your product if you are opening a warranty claim as we will require a video of the fault before we can proceed.
 
3. Our customer service team will review the information and video you have provided and respond with a solution within 1 working day
 
4. If we need to arrange collection of your product, we will require all original packaging it arrived in (including any outer protective packaging). Please do not throw this away. This is to ensure we received it back in one piece!
Please note: if you no longer have the packaging and require us to supply it, there will be an additional charge.
 
All additional charges subject to VAT.
 
How Long will it Take?

We aim to provide a replacement or return the repaired unit within 3 working days from the date it was collected from you.
Refunds

    A good addition to your tv

    If you want to improve your tv sound, then this sound bar is well worth the money. No good for a surround sound system but the bass is surprisingly good, you can adjust the bass and treble from the remote, plus four other preset settings to suit your needs.

    Easy install and quality sound

    Bluetooth to TV and sounds great, digital to PlayStation great. Easy as to install and looks the part. Wireless subwoofer plug in and it pairs it self. It does say the it needs to be 10 cm away from TV remote sensor, I've installed it directly below TV both sensors are within cm of each and no problems.
