This KX-TD1232DBX was bought to replace our old unit w/ the same model. Seller tested the unit by power-on test to lit up the power LED. Sent a clear video of test procedure to us for approval & we did. They ship the unit to us & it arrived in about 1 week time w/ 30 days warranty. Seller chose the most economical and reliable shipping company & refunded to us the excess amount. The unit is now fully tested by our tech engineer & is now working well except for a minor issue which we are o.k.
