Rang them & I was told that the message would be passed on to the packers. I couldn't wait any longer as I had visitors coming & the toilet needed fixing so I had to go out and buy the part. When I told the seller this he said "You've had to go out & buy one so why would you need the order???". Never got a refund either so I would NOT recommend this seller 👎

We did reply to your message and asked you to open a returns request which would generate a free postage label to send back the incorrect item, you still haven't done this which is why you haven't received your refund yet
