Listing was totalling misleading as you can see from the photo I've added, wouldn't use again.
Seller said it was a AMD Ryzen 5, it's an AMD Ryzen 3. The seller also said it has 8gb ram, it's only the onboard 4gb
Seller was saying start a return, not a lot of help when I had already ordered the new screen.
Seller was right, it did need a new screen.

buyer was moaning about delivery the second it was bought, yes i got the listing completely wrong, I DID offer a full refund but before i offered the refund i was asked if i needed the item back, i always take the item back as i cant see why i would refund and let the item go for free, been bitten like that too often, as for the screen I can't be blamed for someone pre-empting a purchase they have not seen, maybe wait until you have the purchase in hand before buying the spares required?
