The last bag I purchased had about 1/3 of the powder left and because I didn't use it quickly enough, it got hard. I had it for close to a year. I do appreciate the packaging, because there's no plastic. The bag has a foil lining to maintain freshness. Order arrived earlier than expected. I purchased organic for a reason and packaging is important.
