So this is a media unit for a vw and was described as 'new'. Unit arrived and fitted but is in lock mode as was removed from a used vehicle, item was misdescribed. As it turns out to be used it would need to be recoded by VW but they need an invoice and more importantly Reg or VIN from vehicle it was removed from, otherwise they would deem it to be a stolen item (I am not suggesting it is stolen). Seller ignores all messages and requests for more info. I've lost £300.. Thanks.
