Returns
 
GDS UK operates a fair policy of accepting returns provided the goods and their original packaging and are received back by us within 30 days as from the date of delivery.
 
Please advise us first that you wish to make a return and quote your Order Number, Name and Date of Purchase and reason for the return.
 
Please include the Returns Form below with any returns, I am sorry but if the form is not included we may not have the relevant information necessary to process your refund.
 
We also advise that you use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or a Courier Service to guarantee the delivery back to us.
 
Once we receive the item back and the item is still in its original packaging and is not damaged or has been altered, we shall issue a full refund by the same way the customer originally paid.
 
A. If a customer wants to return an item that they have ordered incorrectly, changed their minds or no longer requires -
 
B. WE DO NOT REFUND ANY OF THE ORIGINAL OUTGOING POSTAGE THAT WAS PAID BY OURSELVES EVEN IF IT STATES 'FREE POSTAGE' THIS IS BECAUSE THAT POSTAGE HAS BEEN PAID TO ROYAL MAIL.
 
C. If however the part is returned to us that was received, faulty, broken in transit we refund in full or exchange. All postage is paid by ourselves.
 
(a) If a product is received and is faulty or has been damaged in transit please inform us straight away, we will have the item replaced for you.
 
We cannot accept returns of any products if the customer has attempted to modify or adapt the product in any way
Or the product has been returned to us outside the 30 day policy
 
(b) If any customer wishes to exchange any item all postage costs shall be paid for by the customer.
 
(c) If the wrong Remote Control Handset is ordered for your system, we do not accept returns, as all remotes are dispatched from our suppliers.
 
(e) When returning any item please include The Returns Form, without this information we may not be able to process your refund or replacement!
 
*The customer must pay for the return postage costs. (We will pay all costs if the item is faulty or damaged in transit)
 
We do not refund the original out going postage cost if the customer returns any goods that are no longer needed or were ordered incorrectly. (excluding faulty goods, incorrect goods received)
 
Due to springs been shipped from our suppliers a 12% additional surcharge will be deducted from the final refund.
 
We will only accept parts back upto 30 days from the date of delivery
