    Didn’t work, is of no use

    Used it for a week now not helping with the pain, usually when I get deep heat from my local pharmacy it’s really effective in first use! Due to the pandemic I have not been able to go out and buy a deep heat from my local pharmacy hence I ordered online but didn’t know it will be of no use, really disappointed with this cream would not recommend sorry 😐

    Very good for aching and painful muscles - if used carefully

    We always consider the Deep Heat rub an essential item in our household first aid kit. In our experience, this rub can really help with muscle aches and pains, particularly those associated with the back and neck. Deep Heat provides a warming sensation that seems to relax the area and so ease away some of the pain. I would strongly recommend following the instructions on the pack though, and taking care not to ‘over apply’ the cream. If too much cream is rubbed into the area then the heat can be very intense and very uncomfortable. Also I would not recommend using directly after a warm bath, as this has a similar effect, and again makes the heat very intense and uncomfortable.

    Gives relief from extreme pain very quickly

    My wife suffers from episodes of extreme pain due to arthritis of the spine and has tried numerous painkillers. She found this one to be very effective immediately, and it works out considerably cheaper than her usual Chinese spray-on solution.
