    Wonderful book with CDs

    The book is a classic that continues to be updated by the publisher. Although the 10th edition is not the current edition, the 10th edition at a secondhand book price is a terrific value—especially if it includes the listening CDs. It's important to be able to here the music that you are reading about!

    The Enjoyment of Music

    I purchased "The Enjoyment of Music" for a college class. My class hasn't started, but I have gone through the bool to get an idea on what the class will be like. The languagew is easy to understand,and there are many pointers on how to use the book effectively. The book covers a great deal of material that will be useful inside and outside the classroom. I am very pleased.

    The Enjoyment of Music by Joseph MacHlis, Kristine Forn

    The book came in the exact condition as it was described. I'm taking this course as a degree requirement and I have to tell you this is a very BORRING course. The type of music and material that this book covers will drive you nuts (ancient medieval music and chant to present). I suppose if you like this type of stuff you will enjoy the book and the class

    I LOVED THE PRICE I GOT THIS SET FOR... I DECIDED TO BID HIGHER BECAUSE I NEED THIS BOOK FOR MY MUSIC CLASS AND I WAS NOT GOING TO FIND THE SHORTER VERSION OF THE BOOK WITH ALL 4 CDS AND DVD AT A CHEAPER PRICE.
