Light drama with comedic moments that will keep you guessing "on who done it"
A good way to watch a light drama with a little comedy with a lot of twist and turns that will surprise you in the end. I truly enjoy watching this.

Victorian CSI excitement!
Murdoch Mysteries is Canadian made and is wonderfully entertaining. Detective Murdoch uses intuition and science to solve his cases and does not have the DNA technology that we have today. This forces him to use his wits. In solving his cases, he meets historical figures such as Nicolai Tesla, Thomas Edison, Teddy Roosevelt, and others; these characters help make his cases more exciting and relevant for those of us who know our history. Detective Murdoch has a love interest, Julia, who helps him greatly by working in the medical field and figuring out what the deceased is trying to tell the living. All of the characters are wonderfully alive and colorful. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone drawn to the forensic/science field with a historical bent!
