After 17 days without sending the product and without having any information, I had to contact the store to ask if there was any problem. They told me that they didn't have it in stock (I don't know why they offer it if they don't have it) and that they would have it in another 20 days; I decided to wait. More than 20 days have passed, I still have not received any information, I have written to them twice and they no longer respond to anything. It must cost a lot to keep customers informed.
