I have been an eBay member for almost 20 years and this was my first ever uncooperative and volatile buyer. She claimed the item arrived damaged, I offered a refund or return and quite reasonably asked for evidence of the damage - which she refused to supply even after three requests. She then opened a case and got refunded. I am left with my first ever negative feedback and I cannot defend myself (as sellers cannot give negatives). I am very disappointed in how some people act.

BEWARE if you need to return. I sent 3 set of photos showing the damage, the seller admitted the damage had been left off the auction and apologised. The seller became very demanding wanting more & more information.The requests were very unreasonable & ebay stepped in, they found in my favour. eBay kindly refunded me and the seller kept the money from the sale. I have now reported this seller for false claims about me and ebay and the vindictive, nasty messages.. This seller should be removed.
