FAKE ITEM! Quality is appalling! Came in similar packaging so clearly brand new (rather than refurbished as claimed) but these are cheap copies being sold at a premium price. Better off buying something from a less popular brand from Amazon, where you have more rights.
Requested a refund and was offered a replacement, asked for a refund again and the seller never replied. I would not recommend buying from this seller.... AVOID!!

Sometimes it can be the issue with customers phone , not necessarily with the airpods or similar devices which i hope you will try or get it checked.
