This is a responsive and trustworthy seller. I purchased 5 Jadeite bowls at a good price for the lot. Another plus is that the shipping costs were, for once, reasonable (shipping costs seem out of control these days). Unfortunately, One of the bowls broke during transport. I contacted the seller about the issue and was quickly issued a refund for the broken bowl. Would definitely buy from this seller again!
