Item didn’t look like the picture. It showed up in a ripped box and item Wasn’t in the package the way it would have been if new. I asked the seller about it. They immediately refunded my money without me asking and told me that’s how they got the item when they received it. All in all the customer service was spectacular. I just wouldn’t have advertised it as new with the packaging as damaged as it was.
