Terrible shipping company was used, you better plan on not needing your item any time soon. I should have made the tool vs purchasing one and waiting for it to arrive. Still hasn't arrived yet. Item was purchased because of the advertised/estimated time of arrival. I kept getting notifications pushing out the delivery date.
