No response from my last message to seller. Item has arrived today but has been left outside in the rain, where wrapped in old Xmas paper it has soaked through and damaged the cases. Unsure if all damage is from rain or old damaged (2 of the cases have holes in) Overall not very positive I’m afraid. I know yodel are responsible for the poor postal service, but poor coms and not open about older damage to cases is why I can’t leave positive feedback)

Hi beeaso_7, I am very sorry to hear your dissatisfaction. Regarding the coms, after checking carefully I don't seem to have recieved any messages from you. This may be a technical issue but I assure you is not a result of negligence. Additionally, the DVD case condition was specified as 'Acceptable', characterised by 'obvious and significant wear but still in usable condition. May have tears or holes in the DVD box.' For issues with the DVDs usabilitity don't hesitate to reach out.
