    The item photo and description only showed the loft hatch when it was in place, not after it had been taken out. The front of the hatch box was broken and coming apart which wasn’t stated & it needed fixing, it was pretty filthy on collection too. One of the leg ends was also broken which we only found out when collecting. Could have stated that it was in need of repair and could have given it a quick brush to get rid of the lingering dirt. Communication was also pretty slow on the sellers part
