Described as “new and sealed”. This was clearly untrue as the disc was written on with red marker pen. The disc was also a rental copy, which did not match the case. No communication whatsoever from the seller; however, the case was escalated by eBay Customer Support and I received a refund. I would suggest caution when buying from this seller, especially if the item is listed as “new” or if you need to contact the seller for any reason. Fortunately this was not an important purchase.

You can see from the pictures that the DVD is Sealed and as NEW I Don't open the DVDs or they would no longer be New & Sealed!! Buyer just after FREE Items!
Refunded without Issue and at Cost to Me!! AVOID THIS BUYER!! Blocked!

I can only surmise how a sealed case can arrive with the DVD written upon and different to the cover, but it did - and I provided a photograph to prove this. I requested a return, which I would not have done if I wanted a free DVD as suggested, but the seller never responded. Ultimately, eBay intervened without me requesting them to do so and provided a refund. I am not a scammer and resent the accusation. Given the unpleasantness, I wish I had just put it down to a bad purchase.
