Seller didn’t package the book well so it got lost in transit by falling out of package, had to get ebay involved to get a refund and the seller was rude and unhelpful and unwilling to claim with Royal Mail so we both could be compensated for the loss. Just wish this could have been resolved the correct way rather than make the issue my fault when it never was.
