I'm afraid I have made several attempts to contact the Seller and have yet to hear anything. I am a longtime user of eBay and with that said have never had a bad experience. The sellers add showed 3 Halloween houses, no where in her description did she say "each" or one only. I bid on the assumption that it was for 3 and when I received the package there was only one house??? Very misleading. I reached out and as I said, I have yet to hear back.

I contacted you several times and offered to refund you. Some of your items were lost by USPS as I explained. You had sent me your Venmo account so I could partially refund you but it was an invalid account. When I emailed you back explaining this, you never replied.

Poorly packaged in a box at least 3 times the size needed. Poor kettle rolled around in that giant box and it is a wonder it was not damaged. Only wrapped in a very thin and inadequate piece of plastic. Also, the original addressee sticker on the box was not removed - glad USPS figured out which one of us was the right one to ship to. My goodness! Seller needs a lot of improvement re how to pack and ship. Kettle works.

Seller does not read messages. I sent 6 messages to cancel the offer I made. I didn’t need the item. You guessed it. Didn’t read any messages. Seller purchased a shipping label through eBay so I couldn’t cancel the transaction, and then after they read my cancellation, wanted to charge me for shipping.
