Okay. The seller and I agreed on a price and the item was shipped. When the item arrived, it was broken. I informed the seller of the condition with photos. I believe that the broken item was the fault of the delivery service. The seller made every effort to ensure that the packaging was about adequate. After discussion, the seller refunded my full purchase price.
