Bad customer service, damaged goods all because of inadequate packaging, Seller asked me to Open a Case, so I did, EBay intervened & rightly ruled in my Favour, but it should’ve been necessary, Seller shld have just apologised & resent item. This is not how to treat customers, giving them a bad experience, sending them faulty goods, & days of wasting their time, just to get their money back. You cld have, & shld have done better, but obviously cldnt be bothered 😕
