This company is a genuine rip off for returns. I live in California. The sellers ad states they are in California. The shipping label has a return address in California. EBay's return address for this company is in New Jersey. basically this means they deliver in California and since the buyer has to pay for the returns the costs are much higher. This is a real deception to the buyers. Based on USPS, a package can be returned to sender if not opened, however as this is not the case here.

I ordered 5HTP 400mg as I paid for it a higher quality one showed up within 5 minutes I asked for the original order to be cancelled but all got was we will look into it and next day the seller refused the cancellation even though I wanted to pay a higher price for the better quality product from them , so I received the capsules but as I looked at the date label it had been changed so I peeled back the on both bottles it was out of date by over year and a new date label was put on the old date
