Seller was very communicative. It was difficult to find a seller to ship an exam bed to Hawai’i, this seller did the extra research and made it happen. I received the bed in a few weeks, packed very well and in good physical and working condition. The bed upholstery was not in a good condition as I thought when I purchased but it works for us for the time being, had I known it was glued in the middle of the bed seam I would have negotiated the price down further.
