The science fiction series follows the trio as they investigate paranormal activities and the alternate universe that threatens to collide with the universe. The Fringe: Season 3 DVD set covers three seasons in their entirety with 22 episodes included. This six-disc set includes all of the originally aired programming plus bonus features such as featurettes exploring the alternate universe, commentary, gag reel, and more. If you are into Sci-Fi this is a great TV Series! I have all 5 seasons and I enjoyed every episode. It is very thought provoking and it will make you think a lot but it is very entertaining.

Fringe: The Complete Third Season. This set will come in last as my favorites for the show. Although the plotline between the Peter and Olivia IS important, I felt like there was a loss of the X-Files-esque, sci-fy, fantasy aspect in the show. The dymanic between Astric and Walter was entertaining, though it could've been more in depth. *SPOILERS* My favorite episode was the season finale where Peter ends up in the very near future, where Olivia does not exist. I love the idea of playing with alternate universes because the possibilites are endless; especially with the clues that they had given in the last few scenes. I would still recommend this DVD set for die-hard fans, but I would wait for the reruns to air if I wasn't. I am curious to see how the writers are going to open up with ... Fringe: The Complete Third Season. This set will come in last as my favorites for the show. Top Notch story telling and acting make this show a must have. Great value.
This series is a worthy successor to the best years of the X Files. Emmy winning level acting by the leads and top notch writing keeps this series intriguing and adictive. To keep this type of show believeable, you need to really be at the top of your game and this team definitely is. Best to watch all 3 series on DVD from day one on so you can enjoy all of the intricate plot twists and nuances. The quality of the DVDs I bought was very high and the price and delivery service were excellent. Highly recommended, especially to the unititated.This series is a worthy successor to the best years of the X Files. Fringe is a show all on its own. This is an original series to which is just FANTASTIC. It is like you have been drawn into the puzzle and although you have seen the picture, the puzzle pieces do not fit the way you would want them too. It is of course not a high-note from the critics, but if you truly enjoy a sci-fi with drama with mystery added to police detective programs, then you have found it. My favorite character is Walter. From the very beginning he makes you happy, sad, angry, confused all at one time. He is just simply a hoot. Peter [Joshua Jackson] does a great job of being the son of a crazy-genius. I do hope Fox continues this series, and maybe having 20 shows for a season --- would be great.Fringe is a show all on its own. This is an original series to which is just FANTASTIC.
