Good item for parts. Athough initially a high asking price, it was apparent from the photos and details that the item was broken and had no power supply or data connection lead. Great seller, as the faults were recognised and seller accepted my offer for parts only. Thank you. Delivery date was then given as being 7 - 11 days from purchase and therefore I arranged with the seller to personally pick up the item (as I needed the parts sooner) and all went to plan. Thank you to Adam and Molly.

Description of the 2 PCs I bought was limited, but the pictures allowed me to work out most of the components.
Communication ok. Slow to reply, but always polite and answered my questions so happy enough. The items were packed OK, shipping PCs is always less than ideal, and in this case the courier (Parcel Force) caused damage to the cases & the GPU was dislodged from the slot during shipping as the PC wasn't packed inside to prevent this.
We agreed a fair partial refund and it was sorted.
