The shoes arrived on time, neatly packaged, and new, as advertised. Unfortunately, they were a wide width, instead of a regular width. Seller was very responsive, it was an oversight, and they didn't have any in regular width. I sent the shoes back and was promptly refunded. It was a positive experience except for the oversight on the shoe width, so I bought another pair of shoes, and that experience was similarly-positive.
