Good communication and delivery. The hay itself was OK the box makes the hay get moisture, maybe different packaging would be better to keep the hay more fresh.

Did not arrive after one week, contacted the seller who told me it was lost by the courier so I requested a refund instead of a replacement being sent out, they still sent a replacement out. The hay is muddy, musty, full of brambles and exceptionally dusty. By far the worst hay that I have ever been supplied and completely unusable, not at all suitable for small animals. If Arthur Daley sold hay this is what he would supply, definitely not fit for purpose and certainly not as described avoid

It's a shame you left us negative feedback, rather than contact us or use the free eBay returns. You toke delivery of the original parcel 5 working days after placing your order, but did not raise an eBay return, or contact us to notify us of an issue with the hay. We closely monitor the quality of the hay, with each box subject to a freshness test. Please think twice in future before misusing the eBay feedback system, small businesses like ours rely upon the reputation we build for repeat sales
