After receiving the item from the seller, I found out that the product sent is different from what is written in both the item and the full descriptions. That was very disappointing. Second issue is that I asked about the warranty but got no response until I received the wrong item saying that it has no warranty. The item itself came in a beaten box and it looks as if it’s been refurbished and not new as described.

    Quiet efficient trimmer

    I'm very happy with this. Happy Birthday to me! I wanted a quality cutter that was light and manageable for me, an older lady, and this product does not disappoint. An added unexpected bonus is that it doesn't make a lot of noise. There are lots of rhomboidal bushes in my garden now.
