we would say these are the same quality as the ones in Primark but ours are cheaper , when you was dissatisfied with the product I offered you a refund and a return but your didn't want to return them , and then threatened with leaving a bad review , however we take responsibility for dissatisfied customers and im sad we could resolve this issue on this occasion , elisia
