    Just as pictured, but pedal was not "open box" meaning it's new. It's not new. Had a fair amount of dust and that was shown in the pics. The box had literature for a Spider IV amp which should not have been in there. Plus, the seller had a post-it note on the outside of the box showing new and used prices for both pedal and amp. It miraculously stuck to the box all the way through the postal system. So, the pedal was an used item that had the original box. Shipping was quick and price was good.
