    The items are in good condition, new, well-packed and transported. However, due to improper checking prior to shipment, they missed sending the rear mounting plate/tail rack which is part of the set. They offered a small refund but that still leaves me without a way to mount the luggage box. Have asked them to send it 3 days ago, still no reply. Couple this shipping mistake with their late response and long delivery time, it has been a frustrating 7 weeks.
