The shipment was delivered to the person as planned (my sister) but she was admitted to a Care Home suddenly. Parcel Post now require me to pay 49GBP to have it delived again. But to who? She is not at home now! This is not a customs charge, this is a postman charge!! I tried to make a payment but Parcel Post will NOT accept my card as it is not associated with that address, and will not do anything until the 49 GBP is paid.
