The very brief description did not include the fact that these plates are of "Factory second" quality only, with blemishes in the glaze ("orange peel" roughness on three and small glaze ripples on two). However we are OK with these replacements for 43 year old daily use crockery, at the accepted offer price. Suggest you give slightly more full descriptions if there are any quality issues of detail especially where you say returns are not accepted. Plates were well wrapped and prompt delivered

    Cotton thread

    Arrived in good time. All intact and a full 20 lines. The colours are duller than I expected more browns and beige. However won't distract from what I need them for. And over all good for the price.

    Poor quality

    I'm not that fussed about how much i spent because at the end of the day they were very cheap, but now I can see why, they give you a very stingy amount of each colour thread, and the thread is such poor quality, it unravels at the tip the moment you touch it, making threading it an absolute nightmare.
