The item was described as “good used condition”. These boots look brand new! They were shipped immediately, and meticulously packaged. Each boot was in its own plastic bag to prevent scuffing during shipping, and she included those shoe things with the wooden parts (I don’t know what they’re called) one inserted in each boot so they kept their shape in transit. Seller immediately responded to my emails. EXCELLENT transaction! THANK YOU!!!
