Outstanding CQB Book
This Book provides an excellent perspective on CQB for civilians and though not all inclusive it does provide critical knowledge to your war chest from which you can withdraw valuable techniques for surviving the most critical first few minutes in a street fight. God Bless America and the men and women who have their lives defending the greatest nation on earth the USA. These discs are as advertised, they instruct you on how to survive an attack, not achieve points or even a submission, but end the attack by ending the assailants ability to continue; I've never even heard of anything like it. The best way to survive a thug attack, period!
