The package arrived very early compared to when the website said it would, so that's nice! The seller also answered my messages and showed concern for me, because the necklace had a blemish, and he wanted to be sure, that I had noticed it. The only negative would be that the necklace was not packaged as safely as I would have liked, however it wasn't hurt in transit, so no harm no foul I guess.

My earrings were damaged when they arrived. Do to the sellers negligence and failure to package them properly. So when they arrived they weren’t in the same condition as described. When I brought this to the sellers attention, they were very condescending and short with me. Saying that my items aren’t damaged even though they clearly are and I have photo proof. I now have to pay to get them repaired on top of the decent amount of money I’d already spent on the earrings themselves.
