Incorrect to say inadequate packing, see my feed back over15 years shipping scales. This is the first breakage. Scales damaged, weights OK. Buyer asked for placement scales agreed and sent. Buyer disposed of weights although undamaged. She chose new scales from an active listing and disputes the fact I did not send weights shown in that listing. Why would she dispose of the weights which were undamaged? Why would she then expect me to replace the undamaged weights she disposed of?
