Very disappointed with the items received. The pans were described as ‘new' in one part of the listing, ‘very good condition' and then ‘used a couple of times' in others. The items arrived heavily damaged with scratches all over them. They were well packaged (though the box reeked of fish) and so this didn’t happen during transit. Poor eBayer - watch out!

This was an odd experience and by far my worst in fifteen years on eBay. What I bought was, supposedly, a 'new, unopened, never used' mixer. What I received was a battered mixer with several components smashed, dented, scratched, or missing altogether. Initially I was informed by the seller that, as it had left them perfectly packed and in mint condition, it must be either the courier's fault... or mine!? We eventually agreed a partial refund. It was undeniably cheap, and what I have works...
