A difficult transaction. The item was not new as described. Seller given benefit of the doubt. I tried to communicate. Shipping was a problem and reached out to USPS and seller for help. Refund was requested and denied. eBay customer support was used. Photos were given. Return the item and get refunded. I paid return shipping. Returned 12-30-23. A refund has not be given. eBay customer support used again. Waiting for my refund. Item purchased 12-2-23. It is now 1-9-24. Still waiting.
