Sorry to see this. I responded to the message apologising and requested some more information about what type of charger it required. In the meantime I tried to find out online but was unable to do so. I followed this up and asked the buyer if they would return and they refused as had no time. I offered a collection so that they were not inconvenienced but they never responded.
