Seller accepted a bid and then decided not to complete the order. Apparently, there was a miscommunication with a family member. Seller should know that an item is available to sell before listing it. In an auction, once an item is up for sale and sold at an agreed upon price, the sale should happen without a problem. The purchase price was refunded, but seller “can’t understand what the complaint is about.” Seller backed out of an agreement, that’s what it’s about. Buyer beware!
