The Royal Mail packaging is open, the description stated some minore things and ignore this essential issue.
He justifies it by saying that from the pictures it can be understood that it is open, and insists that he should not write in the description that the package is open and if I want to return it I have to for the delivery costs.
In my opinion this is unfair and dishonest behavior and I hope eBay will intervene and resolve the matter.

The photographs clearly show the item as being unsealed, the buyer has admitted to me that he only looked at the first photo and not the rest that show the item unsealed, but apparantly that is not enough. I have offered a full refund but he refused and got threatening so I have reported the buyer to ebay and blocked him
