Item listed as New & Unused. Shows 10150 hrs usage time in the menu. Seller refuses to accept fraudulent listing. This could have been resolved without negative feedback, but seller doubling down and accusing me of scamming ( please check my feedback, and main place I purchase from) . Plus selling another monitor as new, funny that as he sent my monitor in that models box, showing it was delivered to Dewsbury Hospital, so maybe theft and fraud happening. I would ask for a screenshot of hours.

This feedback is a FALSE representation of the situation. The buyer saw an easy opportunity to request a partial refund, through direct messages with the buyer I was threatened however no partial refund was given therefore the buyer decided to leave FALSE feedback. Pictures provided to me by the buyer do not match the Model number of the item sold therefore I believe the buyer is attempting to scam me out of funds. A case has been opened regarding this.
