Like I said before, the item I received which is the same A3 model in my existing ADORCAM security system, does not work. Even after following the installation PROMPTS, the item wont read the QR code to proceed with the connection. I hate to repeat that the item is a piece of junk. And again, with your NO RETURN policy I can’t do anything but bite the bullet. I wish you had the item tested and proven operational before you sent it to me.

    Just plug-in and go!

    Super easy to set-up - literally just plug it in. The battery on the door bell button needed to have the film removed, which too about 30 seconds, other than that nothing else to do! Works well and no issues at all.
