These were purchased as an addition to an existing Sonos system, so am very familiar with the excellent sound quality and love the ability to play different music in different rooms (or the same music in some or all rooms). As a second hand purchase I had to reset one of them to factory settings before it would even be recognised by my system, the previous owner's settings having been stored in the speaker. Took me a while to work it out, and only became apparent once I connected the speaker via ethernet cable and the error message displayed.

I have put it back in the box i have bought a paper waight cant get it two conect or get the Bluetooth two connected two my phone so i just gave up with and went back two my bose which works straight out the box find the sonos is knot customer friendly and two get the apps you would need two own a bank sorry looks good but knot as friendly as the bose so put it back in the box till i find a victom for it thanks

Sonos make good quality speakers the end! In my opinion the sound is good, build quality is good, connectivity to the Sonos app is good. One criticism is that You cannot connect via Bluetooth, but on the plus side the app has decent functionality like linking two play1 speakers to become a stereo pair!
